  • What if I receive a defective item?

    It is our goal that every item arrives in good condition and we hope that you are always happy
    with your purchase. If you receive an item in a defective or damaged condition or if it does not completely match the description on the site, you must inform the customer service as quickly as possible.   • Which currency can I shop?

    The currency with which you shop is determined by your shipping destination and is displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is not available, your order will be charged in EUR for a competitor exchange rate.

  • Why does Luxury Outlet have so low Prices?

    At Luxury Outlet you buy items from luxury brands and partners around the world, expertly put together for you by our team. Prices are determined by each Luxury Outlet partner, therefore the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item.

    Please note: if you place an item in your shopping bag or wish list, this will not be for a specific one Price: Reserved. 


  • How to order and pay?

    When you find an item that you want to buy, simply select your size (there is one format guide for each item) and the quantity, then click on 'Add to bag'. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can continue to checkout. Our checkout process is fast and clear. You can create an account or continue with our check-out for guests. It doesn't matter how many items you have in your shopping cart or how many Luxury Outlet partners they have, you only have to check out once. Choose your shipping preference, then go to the payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Ideal and AfterPay (only for Belgium and the Netherlands) After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we send us start validation process. Your order will then be sent directly to you. Please note: when choosing the check-out, do not forget to check your e-mails consult for more information about your order.

  • What conditions must my return meet?

    Returned items must comply with our return policy:

    • Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused returned, with all tags confirmed and the original packaging included.
    • Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and dust bags, if any, and in a protective Outer package can be placed for shipment.
    • With footwear, make sure you do not mark the soles and the shoe box not damaged.
    • If an item has a security label for a luxury outlet or a brand tag, this must be returned with the tag at the original position.
    • Beauty and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused returned, with the seals of all packages still intact.
    • Stockings, lingerie and swimwear must be returned with the supplied hygiene seals and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, if applicable.
    • Lingerie and swimwear may only be tried over your own underwear. We do not accept returns that are worn out contaminated.

    Be careful if you try your purchases and return them in the same condition as where you received them. All returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. If you want to return or cancel an item made to your specifications, consult our 'Custom Articles' section for more information or take contact customer service for assistance.

  • Can I return my items?

    Of course, we gladly offer a return service to all customers for all purchases made comply with our Return Policy. For orders over € 150 we offer free of charge return service. Your returned item must be at the latest 14 days after your delivery date at the Luxury Outlet warehouse arrive. We recommend that you return within 7 days of your return book the delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant location of the Luxury Outlet within 14 days.

  • What happens when I receive my return have booked?

  • How can I track my order?

    After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your order. We will process your order and place this order with us partner or warehouse, your order status will change to 'prepare for transport'. As soon your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the track and trace code.

  • How long does it take before I get my receive package?

    Depending on the type of sale from which you purchase, delivery within the EU may be between take 3 to 10 business days. If you order from abroad, it will take 5 to 10 days longer.

  • When do I receive my order?

    We have some very special partnerships that give you access to one greater variety of products and can order directly from us suppliers. These items are provided by our partners for 5 to 10 business days delivered depending on the seller. You will then receive all information both in your account as in the emails with your order confirmation.

  • How is the reimbursement done?

    Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, your refund completed as a Luxury Outlet credit, excluding delivery costs. You can take the return shipment from your Track package with our courier via the tracking number on your return label, or you can use the check status in My account under 'Orders and Returns'.

  • How do I apply my discount code?

    You can enter a discount code in the last step of the ordering process: under step 4 'check data' in the  discount code or gift voucher' box. Keep in mind that each discount code has specific conditions that the order must meet before the discount on the order is settled. These conditions are stated in the Discount code.

    After entering the discount code a message will appear that the discount code has been successfully processed or will indicate where the order should be to be eligible for the discount. If the discount has been processed, the discount amount will be deducted from the total price. Also the discount amount is shown separately. Do you want to delete the discount code? Then click on the cross that appears behind the discount code.

  • When will my card be credited?

    If you pay with a debit card or PayPal, Luxury Outlet will make the payment on it when your order is placed on our site. If you pay with a credit card, full payment is usually made once your order is ready for shipment, although your bank or card company immediately enters the order amount account can reserve.

  • Can I pay safely?
